RETURN POLICY
RETURN & REFUND POLICY ROYALZ UNITED
Effective Date: December 25, 2025
Royals United exists to educate and uplift Black youth through transformative learning, essential resources, and community-centered economic action. To keep operations sustainable and fair for everyone we serve, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
1) Digital Products (No Returns, No Refunds)
All digital products are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:
ebooks, PDFs, downloadable guides
digital toolkits, templates, workbooks
audio downloads, recordings
online content delivered instantly or by link
Once a digital product is delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, because digital items cannot be “returned.”
2) Physical Products (If/When You Sell Them)
If Royals United sells physical products (books, merchandise, decks, etc.), the rules below apply:
A) 14-Day Return Window (Case-by-Case)
We may accept returns within 14 days of delivery, case-by-case, for eligible items that are:
unused, unworn, and in original condition
in original packaging (if applicable)
not damaged by the customer
B) Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
items marked “final sale”
opened or used products (including decks/books if opened/used)
gift cards
digital products (see Section 1)
items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
C) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
your name + order number
a clear photo of the item and packaging
a short description of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or another fair solution based on inventory and circumstances.
D) Return Shipping
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Royals United is not responsible for lost return shipments.
3) Programs, Events, and Services (14-Day Case-by-Case)
For eligible programs, services, or event registrations, we may offer refunds within 14 days of purchase, case-by-case, only when:
the request is submitted in writing within 14 days, and
the program/service is stated as refundable on the checkout page or program description.
We may deny refund requests if:
the program has already started,
the service has been delivered,
the participant has attended or consumed a substantial portion,
or the purchase is labeled “non-refundable.”
4) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We ask that you contact us first so we can resolve concerns with dignity and fairness. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension from future purchases or participation.

what you purchased
the reason for your request
photos (if it’s a physical item issue)
We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate next steps clearly.
