TERMS OF SERVICE ROYALZ UNITED

Effective Date: December 25, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Royals United’s website, programs, events, digital resources, community spaces, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are and What We Stand For

Royals United’s mission is to educate and uplift Black youth by opening doors to transformative learning, sharing essential resources, and reviving the spirit of group economics. Rooted in unity, we are dedicated to restoring cultural dignity by honoring our traditions and empowering our community to create new legacies.

These Terms exist to protect that purpose, the youth we serve, and the integrity of the community we’re building.

2) Eligibility and Use by Minors

  • Adults (18+) may use the Services directly.

  • Minors (under 18) may participate only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, unless a program specifically states otherwise in writing.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the minor’s participation, conduct, and compliance with these Terms.

Royals United may require signed permission forms, releases, waivers, and/or additional safety documentation for youth programs.

3) Programs, Events, and Participation Rules (Online + In-Person)

Royals United offers both online and in-person programming, which may include workshops, mentorship, community circles, resource distribution, educational materials, and events.

Certain programs may have additional rules, eligibility requirements, consent forms, waivers, safety protocols, or codes of conduct. Those additional rules are part of these Terms.

You agree to follow:

  • Participant guidelines and safety expectations

  • Attendance and communication requirements

  • Venue and platform rules (including Zoom or event-space policies)

4) Community Standards (Mission-Aligned Conduct)

We’re building a space where youth can stand tall, lead boldly, and move with dignity.

You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, shame, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.

  • Use hate speech, slurs, or dehumanizing language.

  • Promote violence, intimidation, or illegal activity.

  • Exploit youth or attempt to contact minors inappropriately.

  • Doxx, stalk, or share private information without consent.

  • Disrupt learning spaces or undermine cultural dignity.

  • Impersonate Royals United or misrepresent affiliation.

Group economics is about collective elevation, not extraction. Any fundraising, selling, recruiting, or promotions inside Royals United spaces require written approval.

Royals United may remove content, restrict access, or terminate participation for violations or safety concerns.
